Capponi, who created his name in the early 90s on SoBe with a string of nightclubs, is in his component. Popular for selling venues this kind of as Warsaw, Amnesia, B.E.D. and LIV, he understands the secret sauce,’ as he calls it ambience, vitality, big title people required to produce a new in’ scene.

Only this isn’t SoBe, and Capponi isn’t standing in any previous derelict constructing. This is a derelict creating in one of the most derelict countries in the world: Haiti. What was he considering!

Capponi did not begin in Miami. In fact, he grew up in just about as opposite an environment as you can imagine. He was raised in Montana, inside a log cabin. He grew up without electricity and had no idea what a computer was until he was 15 years old.
